How a proper stucco repair goes
Done right, it's: rout/clean out the crack → patch with the correct material → match the existing texture (sand, swirl, knockdown, dash) → seal → prime → paint to blend. The texture-match and seal are where most DIY and cheap jobs fail; a visible patch or a crack that reopens in a season means the prep was rushed.
When it's a licensed-contractor job
