About

We Show Up.

Family‑owned. Broward‑rooted. Since 2018.

Customers keep saying the same three things in their reviews: we show up when we say we will, we clean up after ourselves, and we do what we say we'll do. No upsells. No surprises. No runaround.

We work out of Broward County and cover Southeast Florida's handyman jobs, interior/exterior surface refresh, dump trailer rental, junk removal and much more. For licensed-trade work - roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural - you hire a Florida-licensed contractor directly. We do not perform, manage, or coordinate that work, and we are not a general contractor.

Got a job? Big or small, rare or routine — call us. We'll be straight with you.

// HURRICANE SEASON · BROWARD COUNTY · 2026

Two kinds of Floridian.
Which one are you this year?

Every year the forecast says the same thing in different words: storms are coming, and you have a choice. The proactive Floridian books the site inspection, the repairs, the pre‑storm debris haul in May or early June at the latest. The reactive Floridian spends money on Hurricane Party supplies or prays the loose fence stays up, the roof doesn't come down, the short‑cut fix lasts one more season. One pays a little, in advance, to minimize costs. The other pays a lot, all at once, from gambling on their property costs.
1st Integrity Property Solutions — storm preparation and board-up service, Broward County FL
// TIER 01 · BEFORE THE STORM

The Proactive

You book the prep work in May. The storm comes. Your property is ready. Your neighbors notice.

  • Pre‑season property walkthrough & written repair scope
  • Fence, deck, pergola & gate shore‑up + bracing
  • Surface prep, seal & paint before season hits
  • Window seal, shutter check & install
  • Pre‑storm debris haul (15‑yard trailer cleanout)
  • Loose‑item lockdown & outdoor furniture stow
  • Roof concerns? Hire a licensed contractor directly
  • Priority callback on advisory days · First slot post‑storm
Most prep packages $500 – $2,500
Walkthrough & scope $350–$650 · Shore‑up bundles $500–$1,500 · Full pre‑season $1,500–$2,500
⏱ PAY EARLY · PAY LESS
// TIER 02 · AFTER THE STORM

The Reactive

You wait. The storm comes anyway. Now you're in line behind every other Broward homeowner who waited.

  • Emergency debris haul — often multiple trailer trips
  • Storm damage triage & temporary stabilization
  • Post‑storm fence, deck & pergola repair
  • Junk removal of destroyed materials
  • Photo documentation of damage for your records
  • Roof tarp / board-up - requires a licensed contractor
  • Tenant property emergency response
  • Expect longer waits during peak season
Most reactive repairs $2,500 – $25,000+
Damage triage from $600 · Repairs $1,500–$12,000 · Industry median Broward storm claim ~$12K (Angi 2026 data)
💸 PAY LATE · PAY EVERYTHING
// THE ACTION STACK · THREE REASONS TO CALL TODAY · TAP A ROW TO EXPAND

The cost differential is documented.

Insurance industry data from the 2024 Atlantic season shows the average Florida homeowner with storm damage paid $8,400–$22,000 out of pocket on top of insurance — driven by deductibles (2–10% of insured value in Broward), depreciation, and gaps in coverage.

Pre-season repair scoping and shore‑up work is what insurance adjusters call "loss mitigation." It directly reduces the size of the claim you'll file — and the deductible you'll pay.

Neighbor-reported property complaints are real.

Code enforcement data from Broward County and Miami-Dade shows the majority of post-storm property complaints are filed by adjacent neighbors, not strangers. Loose debris, unsecured fences, and storm-damaged structures that aren't addressed quickly become code violations.

Nextdoor, Facebook neighborhood groups, and HOA boards consistently surface the same pattern: prepared homes get noticed, and unprepared ones get reported.

Sources: Broward County Code Enforcement · municipal code databases for Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pompano Beach.

Floridians get desensitized. It's the deadliest mistake.

The National Hurricane Center's post-storm reports consistently document that the majority of storm-related Florida casualties involve people who didn't evacuate, didn't secure outdoor items, or stayed in structures that hadn't been pre-inspected. Hurricane Ian (2022) killed 156 people in Florida — many in homes that hadn't been storm-prepped.

Storm season hits every year. The work that protects your family isn't dramatic — it's the loose gate getting bolted, the dead branch coming down, the patio furniture going into the garage. It's done in advance. Or it becomes a 911 call.

FAQ

Questions We Get Most

Are you licensed and insured?
We do not hold a contractor license and do not claim to be a licensed contractor. We carry Liberty Mutual general liability insurance. Our in-house services operate under Florida HB 735 (effective July 2025), which preempts local licensing for handyman, painting, and flooring work. For state-licensed trade work, we refer you to licensed Broward contractors you hire directly.
What areas do you serve?
Broward County primary — Margate, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Oakland Park, Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, North Lauderdale, Plantation, Sunrise, Parkland. Adjacent Southeast Florida considered case by case.
How much does the dump trailer cost to rent?
$425 for 3 days. $850 for the week. $40 per extra day. Includes one dump up to 3,000 lbs. Overweight billed at $120 per ton. Free local delivery within Broward when the calendar allows.
Do you do jobs that require a licensed contractor?
No — we don't perform licensed-trade work ourselves. When your project needs a licensed contractor (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural), we'll refer you to licensed Broward contractors and you hire them directly — their license, their permit, their contract. Verify any license at myfloridalicense.com.
How fast can you respond?
Same-day callbacks Mon–Sat. Most service calls scheduled within 48 hours. Trailer drops same-day or next-day when the calendar allows.
How do I prepare for hurricane season?
Two paths — proactive (yard prep, gutter clearing, debris haul before storms) or reactive (post-storm damage repair, debris removal, emergency response). Proactive customers typically save thousands and skip the post-storm waitlist. Call before June 1 to lock in pre-storm service slots. See the Storm Season section above for full detail.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards. Estimates are free and written. Larger jobs may require a deposit — terms discussed up front, no surprises.
