We do the work for you — handyman fixes, paint and floors, light remodel, junk removal. Or you rent the trailer and do it yourself. Either way, you get straight answers, a written estimate, and a crew that shows up when it says it will.

Honest work.

If we can do it under HB 735 — handyman, paint, flooring, light interior — we handle it in-house. If it needs a state contractor license, we route it to one of two trusted Broward GCs we've worked with for years. One call, one accountability chain, no hand-offs you have to manage.

Do you do jobs that require a licensed contractor?
For work that requires a Florida state license — structural, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC — we partner with two trusted licensed Broward GCs. You make one call, we handle the routing. For everything else, Florida HB 735 (effective July 2025) lets us handle handyman, painting, flooring, and light interior remodel work in-house.
